Provider Applications
This section is located near the middle of the Provider Details Page. It shows all past and current applications submitted for the license listed in the Provider Information section.
There are 5 fields recorded on the Provider Applications section:
Name | This will show the name of the child care facility listed on the application |
Status | This will show if the application is in draft, submitted, or received status |
Application Type |
Application Type-This will show what type of application you're working on. The main types are:

Application Form | This shows if the application was originally submitted by paper before it became obsolete or if it was submitted online |
Date | This shows the date of when the application was originally submitted |
Actions | If action is required, an "Edit" button will appear for providers to make edits. If an application was recently submitted, a "View" button may appear so the provider can download a cover letter to submit documents if there's any issues uploading paperwork on I-LEAD. |

If you received a consultant note in the Provider Information section but the "Edit Application" button doesn't appear the following day it was returned by licensing, a tech support ticket may need to be filed on your behalf.
