Invited Educators Section

This section shows anyone who has been sent an educator invite for the child care program before. Each license has its own "Invited Educator" section that shows the status of their invite.

The Invited Educator section shows 6 fields: 

Educator Name	This should be the legal name of the new educator. The name listed is what's manually entered by the child care provider
Email	This shows the email the invitation was sent to. If an educator claims they didn't receive the invite, check this section to see if the email is spelled correctly
Educator Type	This should show what their role in the child care program would be. The four educator types are:  Volunteer-Unpaid staff assisting with child care program for educational purposes Staff-Anyone paid by the child care program to assist with child care services Applicant-Title given to those who manages staff and child care operations. Selecting this option will send an email invitation that gives the access to licensing paperwork and staff consent forms. This also provides access to a "Manager" view on Indiana Learning Paths to pull employee training records and certificates. The applicant who signs the attestation paper must also sign the application. Household Members-Anyone living in the home where the child care program is operation
Hire Date	This is the date entered when someone joins the child care. The date should always be a past date or the day the educator invite was sent
Date Last Sent	This shows the date and time the educator invite was sent to the educator's email for verification. The educator's invite should have the same date and time stamp on it before they attempt to login from the invite.
Status	This shows if the invite is still listed as pending or expired. If the invite is expired, click "Re-Invite" to send a new invitation for the educator to login from

Inviting Staff

There should also be an "+Invite Educator" button providers can use to invite staff. Only staff who are missing from the Associated Educator roster should be sent an educator invite. Those who've changed their emails will likely need to merge to their account instead of get a new invite. 

Please note that if the educator is missing from the Associated Educator roster below, they will need to retry their educator invitation. Educator invites are active for (3) calendar days before the invitation expires. 

Sending an Invite to Get a  New Consent Form
