Resetting your I-LEAD Password
To reset your I-LEAD password, please utilize the instructions below:
- Navigate to I-LEAD

Click on the green LOGIN button on the left side of the screen or the upper right corner.

You will be re-routed to the Access Indiana login. If you've created an Access Indiana account with the same email as your I-LEAD account but don't recall the logins, please "Continue" and use the "Reset Your Access Indiana Passwords" button. If you never made an Access Indiana account with this email though or get an email that an account doesn't exist, create an Access Indiana account instead. (Use this step-by-step guide: https://www.in.gov/access/getting-started.html).
- Once the password has been reset using the instructions in Step 3, you should be automatically rerouted to I-LEAD. If not, click "Services" in the upper right hand corner and find I-LEAD on the list of services (4 down, 3 across). You can also search for it using Search Services by typing in "FSSA" or "I-LEAD". Select the one that says "I-LEAD: Family and Social Services Administration".
