To become associated with a particular Child Care Facility within the I-LEAD portal, the provider admin, typically the director, must first provide you with an email invitation. Once invited, please follow the steps below to join the facility.
**To successfully use the email activation link, users must verify their accounts within THREE DAYS.**
1.) Access your email and retrieve the invitation titled Action Required: Confirm Your Account with FSSA's I-LEAD. This email will come from No_reply_I-LEAD@fssa.in.gov. Please note that this email could appear in your junk folder.
2.) After opening your invitation, locate and click on the blue button titled Accept Invitation.
3.) Click the green LOGIN button and sign into your I-LEAD account.
4.) Upon successful acceptance of the invitation, you will land inside your Update Your Profile Information page. Press the green Update Your Profile button located on the bottom right to advance to your dashboard.
